Sourcing

Wild Alaska Smoked Sablefish, also known as black cod, has a rich, buttery flavor and a silky, melt-in-your-mouth texture. It is wild-caught and processed in Southeast Alaska, handcrafted in small batches and alderwood smoked. Each fully cooked, skin-on, boneless piece has a target weight of 8 oz (7–9 oz) and is individually vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen. Thaw and enjoy it on its own, flaked over salads and grain bowls, tossed with pasta, or on a seafood board with crackers, pickles and lemon. Sablefish is naturally rich in omega-3s, and each 2 oz serving provides 10 g of protein.</
