That is why we prefer to pack our cookies in ice when traveling.   These cookies are amazing, and they are organic, non-GMO, dairy, gluten and grain free! They are crispy and chewy at the same time which is a grain free success story. These are just like the traditional blondie brownie, but in cookie form. Only five ingredients. We roast and cream our own cashews. There is no grain filled gluten free flour mixture
