Dried Taraxacum officinale root, cut and sifted — deep, earthy, and roasted, with a bitterness that reads much closer to coffee than to tea. The most common caffeine-free coffee substitute in the herbal world, and the one that actually tastes like something. Dandelion root is a decoction herb: it needs simmering, not steeping. Done properly it brews dark, full-bodied, and slightly nutty. Flavor Earthy • Roasted • Slightly bitter • Nutty • Full-bodied Ingredients Org
