Our grass-fed and finished briskets are so flavorful and delicious. Wether you slow-cook them or smoke them, you can't go wrong. We have both a HALF brisket and a whole, or PACKERS, brisket. *If you are building your own meat box please select 5-20 lbs of meat. The boxes will generally fit up to 20 lbs of meat with enough dry ice to keep it frozen. Any less than 5 lbs is hard to ship at this time.
