This ceremonial matcha finds a great balance between these warmer notes of cereal and wood, as well as the cooler vegetable notes. The tea finishes with a sweet savoriness, similar to that of a Gyokuro. Overall, this tea is very well rounded, incorporating different elements from many Japanese green teas. <h
