The Kaluga Hybrid caviar is a remarkable crossbreed between two Amur River sturgeons, Acipenser schrenckii (male) and Huso dauricus (female). This sturgeon matures between 8–10 years to create this rare roe that offers characteristics similar to Caspian Sea Osetra. The result is lovely amber-hued pearls with a smooth and creamy profile that presents nutty and fruity undertones. Sustainably farmed and imported, this caviar represents a harmonious blend of sturgeon species and a testament to modern science and research. <table
