This Assam CTC is malty, thick-bodied, and strong. It tastes delicious on its own or with sugar, milk, or cream. CTC is an unorthodox style of processing which means Crush, Tear, Curl. CTC teas are often associated with tea bags that may be mundane to drink, but this is an exceptionally fine quality CTC tea grown in lush, green fields.
